The NCM (Non-Conformance Management) Module enables users to identify non-conformance at any stage of the material flow, from the receipt of goods / raw materials from a supplier to the actual production line. Furthermore, the system enables the physical control of the movement, storage and subsequent processing of non-conforming products. Any non-conformities can be tracked through an assigned defect code, reject reason or a red tag that will accompany the lot until disposition is made.

The NCM Module manages non-conformance incidents and lot containment and ensures that :

• Defects / Non-conformities are tracked;
• Disposition advices and actions are identified and implemented.
• Actions are tracked and verified.
